Waiver of Rights

As an authorised Financial Service Provider I may not request or induce in any manner a Client waive any right or benefit conferred on the Client by or in terms of any provision of the General Code of Conduct, or recognise, accept or act on any such waiver by a client.

Conflict of Interest

Mr D Ferreira does act with due care to avoid any conflict of interest and all activities are monitored by both the product supplier and intermediary.

The client is presented with at least two quotations, an informed decision has been placed on the client.

Please that as a valued client we are disclosing the following: A referral person referred you as the client to Legendary Risk Solutions. The referral person is not employed by Legendary Risk Solutions and only acts on his/hers own behalf, in referring your details to Legendary Risk Solutions. The referral person does not act as an intermediary service or does not and cannot provide any advice with regards to Insurance products/proposals.

All intermediary services and advice has been provided only from Legendary Risk Solutions and has been agreed by you.

A potential conflict of interest could exist due to the relationship of association between Product Supplier and Legendary Risk Solutions; i.e. a employee. In terms of current legislation both Product Supplier and Legendary Risk Solutions manages all potential conflict of interests in terms of a statutory required Conflict of Interest Management Policy which is monitored by the compliance officer of both entities. Complaints

If you feel that your rights have been prejudiced, or you have been aggrieved in any way, you have the right to lodge a complaint. A copy of the complaints process is available upon request.
